Here We Go Again!
July 30th, 2011
Just when we thought our construction project was over, our tenant at the north end of the building has decided not to extend their lease and relocate their business elsewhere. Instead of seeking another tenant, we decided to take over the additional space (approximately 8,000 additional square feet). The clinic will then occupy the entire building (approximately 33,000 square feet in total). The design of the additional space is in its' final stages. We are hopeful that everything will go smoothly and the construction will be completed later this fall. We will keep you informed as more information becomes available.
